To all of Mary's Granddaughters and other family that I met at The Cottages. This is Sharon, daughter of one of the other Marys (Mary Kooman) at Cottage 21. I have tears in my eyes as I write this but wanted to make sure that I share with you my condolences about Mary's passing. I so enjoyed saying hi and goodbye to your Mary and watching her face light up when one could get her to communicate where she was in her world at the time! My mom asks me to get the obits when someone dies in her cottage and it is heartwarming for me to read about their lives. Its making me want to do interviews with residents and their families so we can share parts of their lives before they pass on. I am from Jamestown (class of '66) and do remember the name Muscarella. I know my mom would like you to know her feelings about Mary also. Thank you for sharing her with us!
