I just found out about Eddie's passing today. He was the mailman at the Boulevard Towers when I worked there. We had some great conversations, and a lot of laughs. A great guy.

Eddie Lynch was the first friend I ever had. I was between 3 1/2 and four years old when I first met him we were yelling at each other from across the street bragging about how strong each of our fathers was. Over the years We often laughed about that. What never changed is as we got older and grew father apart, Each of the down the course that our lives took us, whenever we did connect nothing had changed. Our friendship had always remained and we were always glad to see one another. I will miss him, but when I close my eyes, I see him in my minds eye, smiling and laughing. Rest in peace, my friend and blood brother in Jesus name I pray.

Dear Mrs. Lynch and Family, We have never met but I worked with Eddie at the Amherst Post Office for many years before I retired. He really surprised me when he showed up at the Post Office on his day off for my retirement. He was a great friend and I was so shocked today to learn of his passing. Please accept my most sincere and heartfelt condolences. He thanked me several times for keeping him posted on route openings while he was out on sick leave way for foot/leg surgery if I remember correctly. How I wish he had lived so, so much longer to enjoy his more than well earned retirement from that place I will never forget him and will keep him and you and your family in my prayers. May our Almighty and Living Lord Most High welcome him into Paradise. Florian Badura
