Obituary of Jeanne M Pecoraro

 Jeanne Marie Pecoraro, 89, of Silver Creek, NY passed away on Friday, January 14,2022 at the Chautauqua Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dunkirk, NY.

She was born in Silver Creek, NY on November 11, 1932, the daughter of the late Samuel and Mildred (Abbata) Pecoraro.

Jeanne is survived by cousins and close friends, Cindy Eidens of Silver Creek, NY and Elmer Kiefer of Angola, NY.

In her younger years she worked for the Columban Fathers at their seminary in Silver Creek. She then worked in local government for the Village of Silver Creek and was a deputy clerk for the Town of Hanover for many years. Jeanne also was a loyal volunteer at St. Columban’s on the Lake Retirement Home in Silver Creek.

Memorial contributions in Jeanne’s memory may be made to St Columban’s on the Lake Retirement Home, 2546 Lake Road Silver Creek, NY 14136.

Friends may call at the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, 160 Central Ave. Silver Creek on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 from 10 – 11 AM, where a prayer service will be held at 11AM. Interment will be private at the Mt Carmel Cemetery.
