Obituary of Randy L. Rice

Obituary Randy L. Rice, 67, of Silver Creek, NY died unexpectedly on Thursday morning February 14, 2019 after a short illness. Randy was born on August 27, 1951 in Kenton, Ohio the son of the late Lawrence and Mary Ann (Smith ) Rice. He graduated from Harden High School in Marion, Ohio in 1969, where he also married his wife Margaret Pfleuger on Feb. 11, 1995. Randy worked for Whirl Pool in Marion, Ohio manufacturing washing machines he also was a laborer in the oil industry in Louisiana. Randy and Margaret attended the Gage Chapel Community Church in Forestville, NY. He enjoyed talking to people all over the world on his CB radio from his home and going fishing with Margaret. He is survived by his beloved wife of 24 years Margaret Rice; two brothers, Ray Gwinner of Statesville, NC and Ralph (Barbara) Rice of Hineston ,LA; a sister Kathy K. Reed of Kenton, OH, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Gage Chapel Community Church 11409 Hanover Rd. Forestville, NY on Saturday March 23, 2019 from 1:00p.m.until the time of services at 2:00p.m. Rev. Mike Pollock will officiate. Interment will be private.
