Irving-Helene B. Carpus , 91, of Irving, NY died peacefully Monday ,April 11,2016 in Clinton ,N.C. with her family at her side.
She was born July 28, 1924 in Buffalo, NY, the daughter of the late Jon and Mary Ann Kroll.
A homemaker , Helene was a beloved mother ,grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother ,who loved spending time with her family. Her favorite animal was the neighbors dog Missy, she could be found walking on the road in Irving.
Helene was a long time member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel R.C. Church.
Surviving are her children, Suzanne Moore of Salamanca, NY, Rosanne ( Douglas) Cary of Suffolk, Va. ,Peter ( Diana) Carpus of Irving, NY ,Wayne Carpus of Clinton,N.C.,seven grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren,and one great great grandson.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years Edward Carpus, five brothers and two sisters.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass which will be celebrated Saturday, August 6,2016 at 10A.M. in Our Lady of Mt Carmel R.C. Church ,165 Central Ave. Silver Creek, NY.
